Caproni  was  the  most prolific producer of airplanes in  Italy from  WW I  right through the Second World  War..The 331 aircraft where the ultimate development of  their "300" series  of  light twins  powered with Issotta -Fraschini aircooled inline  engines. The 331 "CN" Caccia Notturna ( Night Fighter)( LF Kit # 7251!).... was developed  from the   original  O.A. " "Raffica" (Squall )Recce  version.The 331 OA was  in  my opinion  the  most elegant twin of  WW-  II with its glazed nose ,inverted gull wing and  flowing lines... The  CN retained  these features but had a  "stepped " wind screen to improve visability in the fighter role. It also had  the most powerful  battery of  any Italian fighter of the war  with up to SIX  20 mm  cannon and two defensive  12.7 m

LF/KORA models are cast resin muti-media kits, with decals, photo-etch,cast metal and vacuform parts. All kits come in sturdy boxes with original box art.The instructions are adaquate to finish the model but it is recommended that you have some additional refrences and information when building these kits( which I can help with...just ask ,Joe) As with most resin kits the modeler will need some building experience.
